Arrangements were under the direction of Victory Funeral Services.Frances was born on Tuesday, October 25, 1949 in Edna, Texas and departed this life Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Longview Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Longview, Texas.Upon relocating to Longview from Edna, Frances united with Longview Baptist Temple where she became a devoted benefactor of the bus ministry which enabled her to be a part of what she truly loved, going to Sunday school and church. She served faithfully until her health failed. Although presented with some life challenges, Frances was a very happy, playful, outgoing person who loved to dance and sing. This free spirited soul was also very family oriented Her parents and long-time care giver, Margaret Watkins, preceded her in death.She will forever be cherished by her care-giving family comprised of Armontee Rider, Cathy Watkins and Shelia Thompson all of Longview, TX; the staff and residents at DNS Residential Services and a host of other friends she made along the way.There will be no public viewing.
