Mr. Conley Brashears, Jr.(Click on photos to enlarge) Memorial services for Conley Brashears, Jr., 58, of Longview will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel in Marshall, Texas with Rev. James Reeves officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Victory Funeral Services of Kilgore, Texas.   Conley, more commonly known as “June Bug”, was born in Marshall, Texas on Monday, November 29, 1954 to the parentage of Conley and Cordia Mae Brashears, Jr. On Sunday, November 17, 2013, he departed this life at Good Shepherd Medical Center.   He attended Marshall public schools and special classes at the Sabine Valley Shelter Workshop.   At the time of his demise he was attending New Birth Fellowship Church in Kilgore, Texas.   His parents and a sister, Connie Brashears all preceded him in death.   He leaves to cherish his memory four sisters and a brother-in-law, Thelma Darty, Mary and Thurnell Mathis, Wanda Brashears and Shirley Brashears all of Marshall, TX; one brother, Gerald Brashears of Dallas, TX; a favorite niece, Mary “Putty Put” Foreman of Dallas, TX; one aunt, Annie Mae Shepherd of Marshall, TX; caretakers, Swynn and Tamara Fletcher of Longview, TX and many more relatives and friends.     Mr. Brashear’s guestbook and funeral media can be visited at www.victoryfuneral.com.
